Deliveries, Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Oh Matcha! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below.

1. Deliveries

- Deliveries in Qatar: All local deliveries may take 2-4 working days to be processed and delivered. Alternatively, orders can be picked up from our office in Fereej Al Soudan, the location and pickup times will be sent on WhatsApp after the order is placed. 

- International Deliveries:  All deliveries outside Qatar can take 5-10 working days to be processed and delivered. 

2. No Returns or Refunds:

We do not offer returns on products for change of mind or personal preferences.

3. Exchanges for Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product or if there was an error in your order, please contact our customer support team at +97450269734 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange the damaged or incorrect product for a replacement. To facilitate the exchange process, please provide us with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged product, if applicable.
